• Personal Use: Your Account must be used solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not allow any other person to use your Account, and you are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create a toto5 Account, you must complete the registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Date of birth (must be 21 years or older)
• Valid email address
• Indonesian mobile phone number (+62 prefix)
• Residential address in Indonesia

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

toto5 is required by our licensing authorities to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal or at any time upon request:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID such as an Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address (issued within the last 3 months).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balances. All documents must be authentic and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify toto5 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. toto5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

toto5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. toto5 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and transaction limits at any time.

5.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. toto5 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified Account information.
• You may be required to wager your deposit at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in the applicable bonus terms.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-18:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Requests submitted outside business hours are processed the next business day.
• Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and extended processing time.

toto5 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply their own fees. Express withdrawal options may be available to VIP tier players for an additional fee.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or Account showing unusual patterns. Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant financial authorities. Accounts used for money laundering or other illicit activity will be immediately closed and balances forfeited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times bonus funds and/or winnings must be wagered before withdrawal (commonly expressed as "rollover" or "playthrough").

7. Betting Rules and Game Terms

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until confirmed by the toto5 system and a bet reference number is issued. toto5 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of the sport. Results displayed on third-party websites are for informational purposes only.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes refunded. Specific rules vary by sport and bet type.
• Obvious Errors: toto5 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical errors or human error.

7.2 Casino Games

9.2 Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

toto5 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Your Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Additional verification is required to comply with regulatory obligations
• Unusual account activity poses a security risk

10.2 Termination by toto5

toto5 may terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• You have engaged in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8
• You have created multiple accounts
• Your Account has been dormant (no login or wagers) for more than 12 months

Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to breach of these Terms. If termination is not fault-based, toto5 will return any remaining genuine funds after deducting applicable fees and charges.

10.3 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may request temporary self-exclusion or permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent exclusion.
